Scope

These Terms govern B2B purchases of products including Adjuma pepper sambal and pepper oil. By ordering, you accept these Terms.

Products & Private Label

• Bulk formats: sambal 1 kg / 5 kg; oil 1 L / 5 L (custom on request).
• Spice levels: mild / medium / extra hot; dietary options: halal / vegetarian / meat.
• Private label: customer is responsible for final retail compliance (label, allergens, nutrition). We provide ingredient support on request.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted ex-VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT may apply per destination.
• Payment terms as stated in proforma invoice or checkout. Orders ship after cleared payment unless agreed otherwise.

Orders, Lead Times & Minimums

Lead times depend on formulation and volume. We may specify minimum order quantities for certain formats.

Shipping & Risk

Carriers: DHL / UPS (international) and Chronopost (national/Europe) unless otherwise arranged. Risk transfers on delivery to the carrier (Incoterms as agreed on the invoice).

Quality & Claims

Inspect goods upon receipt. Report transport damage to the carrier and notify us within 48 hours. Quality issues must be reported promptly with lot numbers and evidence.

Returns

Food products are not eligible for return unless defective or delivered in error. See Returns & Refunds for details.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods unless otherwise required by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Exclusive jurisdiction: competent courts in Paris, France.
